Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 (local fulfillment time) begin processing the next business day.

We do ship to select destinations outside our core regions (such as Canada and Mexico). However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines or full tracking reliability at this time. Orders to unsupported regions are placed at the customer’s discretion.
Tracking & Notifications
- Tracked services include a tracking number sent by email once your order ships.
- Untracked services provide shipment confirmation but do not include step-by-step tracking updates.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders (outside of the destination’s domestic market) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by location.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address changes: Contact us immediately after ordering. If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to update the address.
- Failed delivery / Return to sender: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed pickups, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Lost or damaged parcels: If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos of the packaging/products.
Peak Seasons & Holidays
During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, public holidays, etc.), carriers may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend selecting a tracked option when timing is critical.
