To initiate a return, please contact us at support@slimwiselabs.com. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request.

Please note:

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • It may only be used once per product and once per order.
  • This guarantee is only valid for purchases made on www.slimwiselabs.com and does not apply to retail partner or wholesale orders.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are exempt from refunds. If you no longer wish to continue, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription before the next billing date. We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the customer portal link in your original confirmation email or log into your account.


Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing each order. If you’ve received an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

Please email us at support@slimwiselabs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

We’ll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 25 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@slimwiselabs.com.
