If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee on our standard products.
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- It may be used once per product and once per order.
- This guarantee applies only to purchases made on www.slimwiselabs.com and does not cover retail partner or wholesale orders.
How to Start a Return
Email our team at support@slimwiselabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm once we’ve reviewed your request and share the next steps.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are exempt from refunds. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, please log into your account and cancel before the next billing date. We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link in your original confirmation email or log into your customer portal.
Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing and packing each order. If your parcel arrived defective, incomplete or incorrect, email us at support@slimwiselabs.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item(s) received
We’ll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Timelines
- Approval: After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Processing: If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 20 business days.
- Bank Posting: Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
