How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. If you can’t find it, check spam or contact us at support@slimwiselabs.com.

Does SlimWise Labs ship worldwide?

Yes! We currently ship to the US, UK, EU, and Australia. Customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country; these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

What about refunds & exchanges?

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on standard products purchased from our website. Subscription orders are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

Please email support@slimwiselabs.com with your order number, a brief description, and 2–3 clear photos of the packaging/products. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
